Dubya and the Devious Dictatorship of America

The Destruction of America is well underway

Posted by Karel Donk on Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

Things haven’t been going well with the USA for a long while now, and recently it has only become more clear. If people were doubting certain developments before, they are going to find it increasingly more difficult to ignore what’s going on these days in not only the USA, but around the world. Most people don’t realize what’s going on because they can’t see the big picture. Unless you keep yourself updated on a daily basis and keep recent events in memory, it’s not easy to see the big picture. There often is a long period of time between events and most people are too busy with daily activities to remember certain information and be able to connect the dots. The example I often like to use is the frog in a pot of water. If you would throw a frog in a pot of hot water, it would try to jump out immediately. However, if you put the frog in a pot of water and very slowly increase the temperature of the water, the frog doesn’t notice the small increases in temperature and eventually dies when the water becomes very hot.
Bush and Jack Abramoff sentenced to jail for six years for money laundering, who claimed "no one got to see Bush without going through him (Abramoff).

... Slowly but surely all kinds of things are being put into place that ultimately lead to a goal in the future, which is the transformation of the USA into a police state. And it seems most Americans are too occupied with their daily activities to even notice what’s going on around them.

...
Not too long ago, the House of Representatives passed a bill that authorizes Bush to spy on US citizens without the need for a warrant while at the same time making it more difficult to legally challenge such actions by the government:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The House of Representatives passed a bill on Thursday that would provide congressional authorization for President George W. Bush’s warrantless domestic spying program but subject it to new rules.

“Hidden in the fine print are provisions which grant the administration authority to maintain permanent records on innocent U.S. citizens, granting the administration new authority to demand personal records without court review, and terminating any and all legal challenges to unlawful wiretapping,” said Rep. John Conyers, top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee.
Shortly after that, the Senate approved a detainee bill that not only enables the US government to torture suspects and prisoners, but also makes it impossible for them to challenge their detention.

We can accuse Bush of treason for gutting the constitution and illegally spying on us, what we cannot forget is the goose-stepping obedience of congress in granting this thug everything he has wanted and the American media's sell out of every integrity based value in journalistic history in allowing the Bush occupation of America (for sixty unreported years).

We the people of the world in the name of all humanity DEMAND the impeachment of this administration of thugs and dead enders.

ENOUGH - kick this totalitarian GOP mob out of office, with a one way ticket to Gitmo for treason and terror against their own country and fellow Americans.

These are not Americans they are loyal to a dictator called Bush, bought and paid for in fact.

In the name of all humanity we call for the arrest of this evil, war criminal administration. Enough is enough. Everyone can see what is going on - end it - arrest these spoiled brats ...it is time for someone to say NO.

American Media Keeps Bush Shadow Government Hushed Up

The New York Times and Bush’s "shadow government"

How the media covers up the threat to democratic rights

By Patrick Martin

By any standard, the front-page report in the Washington Post March 1 was a political bombshell. The leading newspaper in the US capital reported that the Bush administration had activated plans for a “shadow government,” drawn up under the threat of nuclear war with the Soviet Union, to prepare for a possible nuclear terrorist attack on Washington DC.

Hundreds of US officials were spending time in fortified bunkers in mountainous areas of the East Coast, serving 90-day rotations while they held themselves ready to assume the full powers of the government in the event that Washington was destroyed.

The most significant aspect of this plan was that the secret government-in-waiting consisted entirely of executive branch officials. No officials of the legislative or judicial branches were included, and neither the elected party leaders in Congress nor those in the constitutional line of succession to the presidency were even aware of the program’s existence. Leading congressional Democrats complained of being kept in the dark, and the issue was raised prominently in the weekend television interview programs.

...

But one notable quarter in the media displayed little interest in the issue. The New York Times, the most influential daily newspaper in America, for decades the principal press representative of liberal public opinion, gave only the most perfunctory attention to the shadow government. Its first news article merely echoed the Post’s account. A small follow-up article dismissed the administration’s action as the activation of a longstanding Cold War contingency plan that had no particular significance.

Those were the sole articles written by the Times reporting staff about an issue that held center stage in Washington for nearly a week. Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle addressed the subject on several Sunday interview programs, pointing to the extraordinary fact that, for the Bush administration, “continuity of government” did not include the legislature or judiciary. The Times buried his comments in an article devoted to the Democrats’ mild criticism of Bush’s conduct of the global “war on terrorism.”
On Monday, the conflict over government secrecy and the Bush administration’s refusal to subordinate the executive branch to normal constitutional constraints was intensified when Tom Ridge, Bush’s director of homeland security, announced he would refuse to testify before a Senate committee holding hearings on the White House request for $38 billion to fund domestic security programs.
...This is not to say there has been no press concern about the mounting threat to democratic rights, but such concern has been limited to isolated columns in smaller regional newspapers.

The Times-Union of Albany, New York, editorialized March 5 that under Bush’s plan “the US government would be handed over to some 100 unelected civilians in the event of a catastrophe.” It called this “an unsettling prospect.”

The News-Journal of Daytona Beach, Florida, took a sharper line, headlining its March 4 editorial, “White House junta is undermining democracy.”
“The danger right now is not terrorism,” the newspaper declared. “The danger is here at home, where zealotry is substituting for policy-making, where the flag is turning into the administration’s fig leaf, and where slander is any opposition’s reward. Without robust dissent democracy might as well pack up and head for the hills. So far, Daschle’s grumbles included, dissent has been non-existent. This is not unity. It’s not patriotism. It’s stupor.”
Such comments in the American media have been few and far between. The prostration of the New York Times is the rule, not the exception. This demonstrates an important political truth: the initiative for a struggle against the Bush administration’s policy of war-without-end abroad and the dismantling of democratic rights at home will come, not from ex-liberal sections of the ruling class, but from an independent political movement of the working people.

Being As Much a Man -or Woman - As Peter

I stumbled across this interesting article in AlterNet which explains how powerful people who also happen to be pedophiles, manage to keep their orientation secret.

Mirror, Mirror: Journalism Takes a Look at Itself
By Rory O'Connor, AlterNet. Posted June 18, 2007.

When a small Idaho newspaper held a mirror up to their community and exposed rampant pedophilia, they paid a heavy price at first. But their courageous journalism eventually paid off.

The Post Register ran a six-day series about the affair. The first story featured a 14-year-old camper -- "the son of a Mormon seminary teacher and a cinch to become an Eagle Scout" -- who forced adult leaders to call the police about the pedophile.
Then the backlash began. Mormon church members were among the first to complain, characterizing the paper's coverage as an attack on their faith. "The drums banged, and we were flooded with calls and e-mails and letters to the editor from readers who told us that holding the Grand Teton Council accountable was Mormon-bashing," Miller recounted.

The backlash came as well from advertisers, and the economic pressure built everyday the paper ran the series. "It's one thing to lose an account when you're an employee," Miller wrote. "It's quite another when you're also a stockholder; 140 employees hold close to 49 percent of the company's stock. For many families, this is their retirement." Nevertheless, he recalled, "Most of what I heard inside our building were words of support." Publisher Roger Plothow was also staunchly unapologetic throughout, "standing up with a stoic and clear-eyed defense ... for the values of journalism."

The attacks weren't just financial, but personal as well -- including the outing of a gay staff reporter, Peter Zuckerman, by a local multimillionaire who bought full-page ads devoting several paragraphs to establishing that Zuckerman is gay. "Strangers started ringing Peter's doorbell at midnight," Miller wrote. "His partner of five years was fired from his job. Despite the harassment, Peter kept coming to work and chasing down leads on other pedophiles ... I spoke at his church one Sunday and meant it when I said that I hope my son grows into as much of a man as Peter had."

By then the paper had secured evidence of four other pedophiles in the local scout council, "about as many documented cases as the 500,000-member Catholic diocese of Boston when that scandal erupted in The Boston Globe," as Miller noted.

Laboring in obscurity, and without Big Media resources, community journalists "often end up dreaming small," Miller wrote. "But my 34 colleagues at the Post Register -- in particular the cadre of editors who have worked together for a decade and lead a largely entry-level staff -- refused to pull back in the face of much opposition."

...
So what's the moral of this fairy tale? To Dean Miller and the other ordinary heroes at the Post Register, it's clear:

"For us, these numbers testified to the value of fortitude. Publishing uncomfortable truths needn't be an act of hot-blooded courage; it should be a cool-headed exercise in focus:

Find the civic heart of a story, steer a steady course to it, and serve the public's legitimate interests in openness and justice. Do that and, even when the story rocks your boat, trust that the waves won't capsize it."

This July 4th - A Real Declaration of Independence

Bush's Racial Politics At Home and Abroad

Time for a New Declaration of Independence
By CYNTHIA MCKINNEY

There has not been an Administration in recent memory that has stood for so little of what we hold to be self-evident American truths.
Our Declaration of Independence, the founding document of our Republic, declares that there are certain unalienable rights and that it is the responsibility of government to protect, preserve, and promote these rights. However, in the words of its signers,

"when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce [a people to life] under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

...
The young men and women who are now parked in the desert sands of Iraq, appear to have been subjected to deceit by the Bush Administration.
One of the first Executive Orders signed by our President after declaring the War on Terrorism was to deny our young service men and women their much needed and deserved high deployment overtime pay. As our young troops and their families deal with the hardships of deployment for years on end, they won't get the overtime pay that they were promised and counted on getting.
...
In addition to that, we still have over 160,000 veterans from the George Bush's Daddy's Gulf War who have not been adequately treated for their ailments and toxic exposures when they were sent to fight in 1991. And moreover, as a result of several complaints and lawsuits filed against the government by our veterans of the First Gulf War, health screenings were supposed to be given to each and every soldier currently being sent to Iraq. This time to avoid the excuse that the health conditions were pre-existent. These health screenings were put in place by law to protect our soldiers in the theatre of battle.

...
But then when we look at the homeless veterans of Bush's Daddy's Gulf War, we shouldn't be surprised at any of the broken promises made to our young men and women of the military.
However, we should be outraged at this Administration's failure to keep its promises.
The next issue is even why are they over there? We've read the reports that their families want them home now.

...
It is clear that this Administration of Bush, Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld, and Rice has failed to protect, preserve, and promote the fundamental rights of the American people. Indeed, it tramples them and makes our lives more insecure.
In 1776 it was King George III whose rule consisted of a long train of abuses and usurpations that amounted to absolute despotism. Today, after having suffered through George Bush the Father, we are now forced to endure George Bush the Son.
Who among us will place their John Hancock on a declaration that now we must, under the most arduous of circumstances, begin that great effort to remove George Bush from office because his administration has become abusive and utterly despotic?
I sign my name in full confidence that now is our time.

Cynthia McKinney served in congress from 1992 to 2002. This is the text of her July 12, 2003 speech to Independent Progressive Politics Network University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Weekend Edition Features for July 12/13, 2003

... The Bush Administration and the criminally complicit media drones have done everything in their power to discredit McKinney, one of the few voices who has called
Cheney on the fact that both Halliburton and Dyncorp are involved in the sex slave trade (with children).

This independence day let's be free at last - arrest Bush, Cheney, and the sorry lot of scapegoating cowards who placed them in office. Then roll back all appointments made by this corrupt, sordid gang of thugs and dead enders.

Americans Have Lost Their Country

Americans Have Lost Their Country

by Paul Craig Roberts

The Bush-Cheney regime is America's first neoconservative regime. In a few short years, the regime has destroyed the Bill of Rights, the separation of powers, the Geneva Conventions, and the remains of America's moral reputation along with the infrastructures of two Muslim countries and countless thousands of Islamic civilians. Plans have been prepared, and forces moved into place, for an attack on a third Islamic country, Iran, and perhaps Syria and Hezbollah in Lebanon as well.
(The intention all people of the world are holding until this slime is brought to justice).

This extraordinary aggressiveness toward the US Constitution, international law, and the Islamic world is the work, not of a vast movement, but of a handful of ideologues – principally Vice President Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Lewis Libby, Douglas Feith, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Elliott Abrams, Zalmay Khalilzad, John Bolton, Philip Zelikow, and Attorney General Gonzales. These are the main operatives who have controlled policy. They have been supported by their media shills at the Weekly Standard, National Review, Fox News, New York Times, CNN, and the Wall Street Journal editorial page and by "scholars" in assorted think tanks such as the American Enterprise Institute.
The entirety of their success in miring the United States in what could become permanent conflict in the Middle East is based on the power of propaganda and the big lie.
Initially, the 9/11 attack was blamed on Osama bin Laden, but after an American puppet was installed in Afghanistan, the blame for 9/11 was shifted to Iraq's Saddam Hussein, who was said to have weapons of mass destruction that would be used against America. The regime sent Secretary of State Colin Powell to tell the lie to the UN that the Bush-Cheney regime had conclusive proof of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
Having conned the UN, Congress, and the American people, the regime invaded Iraq under totally false pretenses and with totally false expectations. The regime's occupation of Iraq has failed in a military sense, but the neoconservatives are turning their failure into a strategic advantage. At the beginning of this year President Bush began blaming Iran for America's embarrassing defeat by a few thousand lightly armed insurgents in Iraq.

Bush accuses Iran of arming the Iraqi insurgents, a charge that experts regard as improbable. The Iraqi insurgents are Sunni. They inflict casualties on our troops, but spend most of their energy killing Iraqi Shi'ites, who are closely allied with Iran, which is Shi'ite. Bush's accusation requires us to believe that Iran is arming the enemies of its allies.
On the basis of this absurd accusation – a pure invention – Bush has ordered a heavy concentration of aircraft carrier attack forces off Iran's coast, and he has moved US attack planes to Turkish bases and other US bases in countries contingent to Iran.
In testimony before Congress on February 1 of this year, former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski said that he expected the regime to orchestrate a "head-on conflict with Iran and with much of the world of Islam at large." He said a plausible scenario was "a terrorist act blamed on Iran, culminating in a 'defensive' US military action against Iran." He said that the neoconservative propaganda machine was already articulating a "mythical historical narrative" for widening their war against Islam.

Why is the US spending one trillion dollars on wars, the reasons for which are patently false. What is going on?

There are several parts to the answer. Like their forebears among the Jacobins of the French Revolution, the Bolsheviks of the communist revolution, and the National Socialists of Hitler's revolution, neoconservatives believe that they have a monopoly on virtue and the right to impose hegemony on the rest of the world. Neoconservative conquests began in the Middle East because oil and Israel, with which neocons are closely allied, are both in the Middle East.
The American oil giant, UNOCAL, had plans for an oil and gas pipeline through Afghanistan, but the Taliban were not sufficiently cooperative. The US invasion of Afghanistan was used to install Hamid Karzai, who had been on UNOCAL's payroll, as puppet prime minister. US neoconservative Zalmay Khalilzad, who also had been on UNOCAL's payroll, was installed as US ambassador to Afghanistan.
Two years later Khalilzad was appointed US ambassador to Iraq. American oil companies have been given control over the exploitation of Iraq's oil resources.
...
The Israeli relationship is perhaps even more important. In 1996 Richard Perle and the usual collection of neocons proposed that all of Israel's enemies in the Middle East be overthrown. "Israel's enemies" consist of the Muslim countries not in the hands of US puppets or allies. For decades Israel has been stealing Palestine from the Palestinians such that today there is not enough of Palestine left to comprise an independent country. The US and Israeli governments blame Iran, Iraq, and Syria for aiding and abetting Palestinian resistance to Israel's theft of Palestine.
...
The neoconservatives have had enormous help from the corporate media, from Christian evangelicals, particularly from the "Rapture Evangelicals," from flag-waving superpatriots, and from the military-industrial complex whose profits have prospered. But the fact remains that the dozen men named in the second paragraph above were able to overthrow the US Constitution and launch military aggression under the guise of a preventive/preemptive "war against terrorism."

When the American people caught on that the "war on terror" was a cloak for wars of aggression, they put Democrats in control of Congress in order to apply a brake to the regime's warmongering. However, the Democrats have proven to be impotent to stop the neoconservative drive to wider war and, perhaps, world conflagration.

We are witnessing the triumph of a dozen evil men over American democracy and a free press. (The complete article may be found at: http://www.antiwar.com/roberts/?articleid=10604
...
Now don't y'all think that there must be a few courageous souls in the land of the free and home of the brave, who can still think and stand in the face of fascism to take back the integrity of the country and put these thugs and dead enders in jail?
Enough of this darkness, let us stand and surround these monsters, do not let them move from one place to another. Do not let them pass. Resign Bush, Cheney, the GOP money laundry and take anyone else from the criminal congress with you.
We have had it and we are not going to take it anymore. Stand in integrity, honesty and within the law or be gone.

Bechtel

Bechtel has tried to be beneficiary of privatized water supply in Bolivia. When they got control of the water supply, they raised prices on water. The law crafted for Bechtel by corrupt local leaders even made it illegal for people to collect rainwater. Democracy Center article. ThirdWorldTraveller.com story.

The now-defunct FoodAndWaterWatch.org used to say:

"In Bolivia, South America’s poorest country, angry residents in Cochabamba kicked out Bechtel in 2000 after eight months of highly problematic service and severe rate increases which left people unable to pay for water. Licking its wounds, Bechtel filed a $50 million lawsuit (for claims of lost future profits) against the government of Bolivia in the World Bank court called ICSID (International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes). Bechtel had made investments for less than $1 million. The case was settled in 2005 giving a significant breakthrough in a court where the corporations usually win. Faced with protests, barrages of e-mails, visits to their homes, and years of damaging press, Bechtel executives finally decided to surrender, walking away with a token payment equal to thirty cents. This retreat sets a very important global precedent. The international support from activists like you has helped to make this victory possible!"

Bush, George W.

Although George W Bush is not a corporation, he and Dick Cheney have acted as servants of many large corporations that desire to ...

-get free money by paying little or no taxes
-control regulatory agencies directly by having Bush
-appoint their executives to lead those agences
-make a killing (no pun intended) on war profiteering
-make a killing in the anti-terrorism security bonanza
-pollute with impunity

George W Bush is the grandson of an American Nazi, namely Prescott Bush, who aided the Nazis in their rise to power and after WWII, he sent Nazi money to exiles in South America. Karl Rove is the grandson of a German Nazi.
A few of Bush's wrongs

His new John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 supposedly gives him control of the National Guard and lets him use them to kill protesters or others who oppose his government.

His new Military Commissions Act of 2006 lets him declare whatever US Citizens he chooses "illegal enemy combatants", at which point he can take them away to prison, torture them and even kill them. In section 948a, it states:
(ii) a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commis- sions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense. PrisonPlanet story.

His government now says that as of mid-January 2007, US Citizens will need the government's permission to leave the country and to re-enter.

Conspiring successfully to steal the election of 2000, thanks largely to his brother and governor of Florida Jeb Bush who prevented 50,000 Democrats from voting, and Catherine Harris who destroyed ballots.

Conspiring successfully to steal the election of 2004, thanks once again to his brother and governor of Florida Jeb Bush who continued to prevent 50,000 Democrats from voting, as well as Republican operatives in other states, particularly Kenneth Blackwell, Ohio Secretary of State and co-chair of the campaign to reelect Bush in Ohio, who rigged the vote there. Bush was also helped by Democratic governor Bill Richardson in New Mexico (he's an ex-oil exec), and last but not least by his cousin John Kerry's eagerness to declare defeat before the votes were even counted. Rolling Stone story.

World to Bush...

Your administration lied about the existence of WMDs in Iraq as a pretext to invade. The "Neo-cons" wanted to invade Iraq as far back as Clinton's presidency and have stated their desire in writing on several occassions.
His administration lied about a connection between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda.
He removed most of the environmental regulations of the past 30 years.
9/11:

He and Dick Cheney conspired in 2001 with numerous well-placed people (including probably his brother Marvin Bush, Marvin's company Securacom (now Stratatec), the military, the corporate media and presumably the CIA) to stage the terror attacks of 9/11. Physical evidence from the WTC complex crime scene, despite Rudolph Giuliani's destruction of most evidence, shows that thermate (an explosive) was used to sever supporting columns in the Twin Towers as well as in WTC building 7, resulting in controlled demolitions of those buildings on 9/11. Of course, these attacks were blamed on Muslim bogeymen and on ex-CIA agent (still an agent?) Osama bin Laden, who together serve very effectively as the new Lee Harvey Oswalds. Video of professor Steven E Jones discussing evidence from WTC site.
He has perpetrated numerous attacks on the US Constitution thanks to his "Patriot" Act, which should more properly be called the Bush's Treason Act.

Bush
has used "signing statements" to ignore the will of the US Congress on numerous occasions. He pretends to accept a bill, then adds statements saying that he reserves the right to ignore or reject the law in question.

Bush is guilty of condoning torture, not only in Guantanamo but in no-longer-secret CIA prisons.

Bush's
people "outed" CIA agent Valerie Plame allegedly because her husband rejected the idea that Saddam Hussein bought yellowcake uranian in Africa.

The failed Iraq invasion, which has pushed petrol prices up by 100% or more in just 5 years, much to the joy of Bush's friends the Saudis, Bush's friends the oil industry, and which has made war very profitable for Bush/Cheney's friends at Halliburton and other military contractors.
... And many more unethical if not treasonous acts ... summarized here: http://malfy.org/

Corporations

"The West is now on a similar extremist ideological path [to communism]; the difference is that we are captive to detached and unaccountable corporations rather than to a detached and unaccountable state."
- David Korten author of When Corporations Rule the World

....
Operation Enduring Treason marches on with a lame congress devoid of statesmanship, courage or class, and a criminal presidency. Republican and Democratic senators and congressman continue to rubber stamp the most criminal presidency in the history of the United States of America. The difference here is that the American people KNOW what the Bush administration is ..they cannot help but know - WHEN will they stand. When?

Taking the White House From the Bushites

After 12 years of sanctions on Iraq and the starvation of the bulk of the Iraqi populace (which was largely children), broken only by the occasional bombing of Iraq by British and American forces, the Bushite Administration threw OUT UN inspectors to proceed with the genocidal bombing of a population not armed to prevent air attack. Gee what courage that takes eh!
Ah the macho strutting pedophile, gay bashing ring of America.
Above the law and beneath contempt they shock and awe on, no law too large to break, no contempt too high to heap on the world and the American people.

They call themselves "elite" - I call them slime. They have betrayed their own country, their own people and indeed if they had one - their own conscience.

This July 4th....let's kick these crooks out of the White House which is nothing but the Bush Bada Bing.

ENFORCE THE LAW...the Patriot ACT ARREST BUSH CHENEY

The trail is a mile long, all over the internet and the national archives - this presidency is a criminal, illegal farce, perpetuating genocide in the name of America, for a group of global corporations who pay no taxes and operate above the law.

The illegal, immoral, corrupt presidency and the crooked GOP they rode in on.

To GITMO with the sorry lot - for life. Show photos from their jail cells of them in their underwear, with nothing but the bible and a continuous reel of the Dixie Chicks singing "I Ain't Ready to Make Nice" ...full volume 24/7.

Because this slime is nothing but a bunch of thugs and dead enders who will say and do anything - THAT is the shock and awe...that they do so with virtual impunity - telling us all they are above the law.

This 4th of July - let us march to Washington and enforce the law. Let's take back the White House from the Bushites, the thugs and dead enders who will say and do anything for their corporate criminal masters.

Journalist Jerome Corsi appeared on the Alex Jones Show today to discuss in depth his astounding new investigation that implicates both Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton in the cover-up of a pedophilia scandal involving the Texas Youth Commission.
"Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, both already under siege for other matters, are now being accused of failing to prosecute officers of the Texas Youth Commission after a Texas Ranger investigation documented that guards and administrators were sexually abusing the institution's minor boy inmates," writes Corsi in a report for World Net Daily.
"Among the charges in the Texas Ranger report were that administrators would rouse boys from their sleep for the purpose of conducting all-night sex parties."
A 2005 investigation led by Texas Ranger Brian Burzynski revealed that systematic abuse of minors was commonplace at West Texas State School in Pyote, Texas. Burzynski presented the findings of the investigation to both Gonzales and Sutton but was rebuffed, and even received a letter from Sutton's office that attempted to legitimize the sexual abuse of children, claiming that "under 18 U.S.C. Section 242," it would have to be demonstrated "that the boys subjected to sexual abuse sustained "bodily injury," states the letter from Bill Baumann, assistant U.S. attorney in Sutton's office.
Incredulously, Baumann's letter goes on to make the case that the minors consented to and even enjoyed the acts of pedophilia, therefore no further action was necessary.
U.S. Attorney General Johnny Sutton.

In September 2005, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division also refused to follow up with a prosecution.
According to Corsi, officials implicated in the scandal were hired despite their known criminal backgrounds and were also retained even after it was discovered that they were using state computers to regularly visit pornography websites.
"It basically sounds as if you wouldn't get hired in one of these facilities unless you were a pedophile," Corsi told the Alex Jones Show.
"You've got a culture of pedophilia that is at the core of the Texas Youth Commission, and what that means is you won't get hired or you won't stay as an employee unless you're willing to participate in the boy rape that's going on or keep quiet about it."
Corsi says he has further developments to report tomorrow that confirm the scandal is "Now known to be widespread, all the offices of the Texas Youth Commission throughout the state are involved and employees from the top to the bottom are all involved."

Here is the Attorney General of the Bush Shadow Government. Loyal only to the Bush family (like a Hitler goose stepping Nazi) this man has taken the USA out of the Geneva convention, recommended torture and attempted to legalize it then, like the corporate president of the USA proclaims in a blatent lie "we do not torture."

The new age Himmler taking the USA back to the 16th century. The Bush government is one not formed in cooperation with congress - thus it is a rogue government run by about 100 people none of whom were elected - including Bush.

The Catholic church has over 3000 pedophile cases outstanding, yet many of the accused remain protected and hidden by the current Pope. I wonder when the media will next laud International Youth Day and people will offer their children up to the Pope for blessings?

Can you imagine if any other religion had that many cases outstanding against them?

We have a l-ong way to go before we can say, "free at last, free at last, - thank God Almighty I am free at last."

The eyes of our intuition and self must open in our own defense...or we are lost.

Constitutional Crisis

Time to Bring Justice (bring it ON) to Genocide George and Guido Gonzales

Later today Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, will hold the first in a series of oversight hearings titled, "The Constitution in Crisis: The State of Civil Liberties in America," delving into such issues as the NSA's domestic wiretapping program. Earlier this week we caught up with Congressman Nadler (he's TPM's congressman, after all), and in today's episode of TPMtv we talk with him about warrantless wiretapping, the politicization of the Justice Department, and that dusty old constitutional concept known as congressional oversight ... http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/archives/week_2007_06_03.php#014509

The FACTS are everywhere, to not prosecute is criminally negligent.
and God to Pat Robertson
"shut the f--k up you of all people do not speak for me. Being the illegal, immoral money laundry for treason and providing Charles Taylor with ten million gives you a one way ticket to Gitmo for funding terror.

....
Just as Bush will have a one way ticket to Gitmo unless he and his co-capo Cheney escape to Paraguay where Ken Lay is likely hiding out.
The Bush clan bought 80,000 acres there...I wonder if any of the 9 billion missing from Iraq re-construction is here. Gee that is enough to form your own army, I think they are appropriately named "Blackwater."

There is a constitutional crisis in America, finally exposed for all to see, it has actually been present for nearly sixty years.
It has simply been brought to light by the devoid of empathy, psychopathic, narcissism of George Jr., who exemplifies the familial
traits - seeming to have the dark side of the gene set from both parents. Genocide George and Guido Gonzales certainly have pushed it to the limit, time after time...and now it is time to bring justice to George.

The primary duty of a president is to "defend the constitution of the United States of America," a document mr. bush refers to as "just a God damn piece of paper." Since he has shredded the constitution and does not confer with our elected representatives he is in conflict with the constiution and has created a consitutional crisis. He formed a shadow government of Bush appointtees in isolation who run the country without Congress, or the Senate. He is operating a rogue government of the Bushies, by the Bushies for the Bushies. Make no mistake about it - any way you look at it - it is treason.
Bush has one back and one back only - his own.

"It's High Crimes and Misdemeanors"

Former Powell aide says Bush, Cheney guilty of 'high crimes'

"The language in [the Constitution] about impeachment is nice and precise - – it's high crimes and misdemeanors," Lawrence Wilkerson said. "You compare Bill Clinton's peccadilloes for which he was impeached to George Bush's high crimes and misdemeanors or Dick Cheney's high crimes and misdemeanors, and I think they pale in significance." Libertarian-Americans lead effort to restore Constitutional Government to the US (Read: Part 1 Part 2)
Two major areas of political redress have captured the popular imagination:
Impeachment of the Bush-Cheney copresidency for high crimes and misdemeanors for, among other offenses, its deceptive justification of the war in Iraq and the government's wholesale assault on human liberty
Criminal investigation of the attacks of 9/11, including establishment of any American government purposes these attacks served, such as pretext for war in Iraq and Afghanistan or to further unConstitutional American empire
Reason to Freedom will address these issues in two columns.

Part 1: Impeachment

The illegality and the immorality of the war are intertwined: both stem from lies to the American people by their government. Specifically, George Bush lied to Congress and to the American people about WMDs and the connection of Iraq to 9/11.

The "Eight Essential Lies about Iraq" are contained in Bush' State of the Union, January 28, 2003. These lies and the corresponding truth are shown in the following table:(1)

Meanwhile Andrew Sullivan has copied and printed the complete
Nazi Gestapo torture techniques only to find they match, almost exactly those employed by the American CIA, military contractors and various American military. http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2007/05/verschfte_verne.html

All the while this sick, sick man runs around the world saying "we do not torture." (As if he believes that saying so - makes it so - just how delusional is Dubya?)

THE WORLD has the pictures to prove otherwise Genocide George. Let's bring these thugs and dead enders to justice - the world is nauseous from their constant terror.
