Being Peace

Here is a master of the present moment who can teach us how to BE.

Thich Nhat Hanh, author of
"Living Buddha, Living Christ," offers

"You should not practice like a machine, but with intelligence, so that each step, each breath, will make you feel better. Each mindful meal, each cup of tea, can make you feel better. Touch the wonders of life within and around you. Nourish yourself by allowing the healing elements around you to penetrate you. This is the most important thing to do."

(Learning to jump in wild formations can help a great deal as well - regardless of age...it is a state of being)

The monks of Burma being peace, being light....being.
Everyday I light a candle imagining a thousand points of light, exposing lies, bringing truth where there is darkness so that what is done in the dark will come to the light.

I also do a daily meditation visualizing all the people of light in the world free floating around the planet such that our hands and feet lightly touch, our mass consciousness holding the world, rocking her, and ourselves, in the light of healing.

May you walk in light and always see the light surrounding you. Please BE - we need your light.
