God's Little Money Laundry of False Prophets and Fascists

The Christian Right and the Rise of American Fascism

Dr. James Luther Adams,
my ethics professor at Harvard Divinity School , told us that when we were his age, he was then close to 80, we would all be fighting the "Christian fascists."
The warning, given to me 25 years ago, came at the moment Pat Robertson and other radio and televangelists began speaking about a new political religion that would direct its efforts at taking control of all institutions, including mainstream denominations and the government. Its stated goal was to use the United States to create a global, Christian empire. It was hard, at the time, to take such fantastic rhetoric seriously, especially given the buffoonish quality of those who expounded it. But Adams warned us against the blindness caused by intellectual snobbery. The Nazis, he said, were not going to return with swastikas and brown shirts. Their ideological inheritors had found a mask for fascism in the pages of the Bible.

Two decades later, even in the face of the growing reach of the Christian Right, his prediction seems apocalyptic. And yet the powerbrokers in the Christian Right have moved from the fringes of society to the floor of the House of Representatives and the . Christian Senate fundamentalists now hold a majority of seats in 36 percent of all Republican Party state committees, or 18 of 50 states, along with large minorities in 81 percent of the rest of the states. Forty-five Senators and 186 members of the House of Representatives earned between an 80 to100 percent approval ratings from the three most influential Christian Right advocacy groups - The Christian Coalition, Eagle Forum, and Family Resource Council. Tom Coburn, the new senator from Oklahoma , has included in his campaign to end abortion a call to impose the death penalty on doctors that carry out abortions once the ban goes into place. Another new senator, John Thune, believes in Creationism. Jim DeMint, the new senator elected from South Carolina , wants to ban single mothers from teaching in schools. The Election Day exit polls found that 22 percent of voters identified themselves as evangelical Christians and Bush won 77 percent of their vote. The polls found that a plurality of voters said that the most important issue in the campaign had been "moral values."...And what a farce THAT is...moral values my ass. This is the most criminal administration in the history of the USA, their only link to religion is for a use as a money laundry.

False prophet, fascist Falwell cuddling with Moon ..counting their tax free money that they funnel all around the world.
Robertson sent $10 million to Charles Taylor (on trial for GENOCIDE at the ICC) who in turn helped fund Al Qaeda. Your tax dollars for faith based funding...going all around the world to promote whatever cause these nut bags want to support, while discriminating at will against those they do not.

Mysterious Republican Money
By Robert ParrySeptember 7, 2004

If House Speaker Dennis Hastert were really concerned about drug profits being laundered into the U.S. political process, he would not be sliming billionaire financier George Soros with that suspicion. Hastert would be looking at a principal conservative funder: South Korean theocrat Sun Myung Moon.
While Hastert was unable to cite a shred of evidence that the liberal Soros is funneling illicit money, there is a substantial body of evidence that Moon has long commanded a criminal enterprise with close ties to Asian and South American drug lords. The evidence includes first-hand accounts of money laundering disclosed by Moon confidantes and even family members. Besides those more recent accounts, Moon was convicted of tax fraud based on evidence developed in the late 1970s about his money-laundering activities.

...Since serving his tax-evasion sentence in the early 1980s, however, Moon appears to have bought himself protection by spreading hundreds of millions of dollars around conservative causes and through generous speaking fee payments to Republican leaders, including former President George H.W. Bush.
Moon himself has boasted that he spent $1 billion on the right-wing Washington Times in its first decade alone. The newspaper, which started in 1982, continues to lose Moon an estimated $50 million a year but remains a valuable propaganda organ for the Republican Party.
How Moon has managed to cover the vast losses of his media empire and pay for lavish conservative conferences has been one of the most enduring mysteries of Washington, but curiously one of the least investigated – at least since the Reagan-Bush era.

What do we do then? We tell them the truth. Over and over again just like their propaganda sources do. We show them the truth. We give them as many articles as we can to prove that they have been deceived. That is the first act of revolution. It will be critical this year as we head to the mid-term elections. We are living in an age of universal deceit and sometimes we spend so much time speaking out against the message, we overlook the messenger. The GOP and the administration cannot do this alone. They can only do it with a complicit media. It was the media that allowed the swift-boating of John Kerry. It was the media that dismissed their own exit polling which showed blatant fraud in the 2004 elections. The revolution will not be televised America, because it is not on the agenda of the government. Doesn’t it say something when the best source of news on cable today is seen on Comedy Central? It is time for a revolutionary act. It is time to tell everyone you know the truth. What is left of our democracy hangs in the balance.
