Getting Away With Murder

Let see, the American people have curled up by their TV's and watched a populace starved by sanctions for over twelve years, comprised of 50% children, be threatened first with "shock and awe" and then a litany of the number of missles that would strike Baghdad to achieve their "regime change." (Anyone ever think of offering each Iraqi a million bucks and walking in???)
All the while a report from RAND naming Saudi Arabia as the number one terror state is quickly shoved under the carpet and the distraction (and slaughter) in Iraq labors on.

Alternet asks some questions about what Bush is planning to do to Americans, having sold most of the jobs, driven the country into massive debt and a war without end, he has achieved more than any enemy could every have openly achieved.

Not that George W. Bush needs much encouragement, but Sen. Lindsey Graham suggested to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales a new target for the administration's domestic operations -- Fifth Columnists, supposedly disloyal Americans who sympathize and collaborate with the enemy.
"The administration has not only the right, but the duty, in my opinion, to pursue Fifth Column movements," Graham, R-S.C., told Gonzales during Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Feb. 6.
"I stand by this president's ability, inherent to being commander in chief, to find out about Fifth Column movements, and I don't think you need a warrant to do that," Graham added, volunteering to work with the administration to draft guidelines for how best to neutralize this alleged threat

"Senator," a smiling Gonzales responded, "the president already said we'd be happy to listen to your ideas."
In less paranoid times, Graham's comments might be viewed by many Americans as a Republican trying to have it both ways -- ingratiating himself to an administration of his own party while seeking some credit from Washington centrists for suggesting Congress should have at least a tiny say in how Bush runs the War on Terror.
But recent developments suggest that the Bush administration may already be contemplating what to do with Americans who are deemed insufficiently loyal or who disseminate information that may be considered helpful to the enemy. Top U.S. officials have cited the need to challenge news that undercuts Bush's actions as a key front in defeating the terrorists, who are aided by "news informers," in the words of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.---------------

Read the PNAC (any search on the internet will bring up this document that shows the clear path to war in Iraq, and a plan to go on to Iran (PRIOR to Bush taking office). Authors and signatores include every Neo CON in the Bush Administration.

Corporate treason, and their paid off gang of thugs and dead enders, from Scalia on the Supreme Court to the Bush crime family.

the "christian" right, as they smear everyone else.

Charges of money laundering, murder, vote tampering, and the list goes on and on.

Run a search under "the Bush crime family" and the details going back SIXTY years are on the web, much of the detail from the U.S. National Archives. They are simply never prosecuted for their crimes... they get away with murder ...have for years.
