Additionally, There is a big problem with something called the "Pocket Veto" Pocket Veto wherein the President has only 10 days to sign a bill into law if CONgress is adjourned otherwise it is automatically vetoed. It took 18 days for Bush to sign it into law. Therefore the Act is Null and Void. ?

It does so by revising the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the President's ability to deploy troops within the United States. No more 4th amendment rights which automatically removes all other rights when you are incarcerated.
